QES was founded in 2008 by a team of longtime oilfield professionals. Together, Eddie Aguilar, Greg Larsen, Roger Polly and Rodney Sterling share over 100+ combined years of service in the Gulf Coast and Northwestern regions. Key Personnel

Eddie Aguilar, President
Eddie has owned and operated numerous oilfield service companies in the past several years and maintains a dual partnership with some. He has been in the oilfield industry for over 35 years and has extensive knowledge in thru tubing services, pumping services, fluids and corporate sales. He has been very active in Casper, Wyoming, Vernal, Utah and the east Texas areas in the past 10 years and maintains relationships with his current customers.

Greg Larsen, Vice President, Corporate Operations and Sales
Having 25 years in the oilfield industry, Greg’s experience has been in tubing conveyed guns, pressure surface equipment, downhole tools, pressure transient testing, production logging services and pumping operations. He has extensive knowledge in operations and corporate sales, having dual partnerships with several companies. He currently maintains a wide customer base throughout the State of Texas.

Rodney Sterling, Vice President, Operations
Rodney has over 25 years experience in the oilfield. Starting in 1989 with rebuilding motors he has an extensive knowledge of thru tubing motors and fishing tools. He also has been trained in directional drilling and MWD tools on coil tubing and drilling rigs. Prior to working for QES he had worked in all the major oilfield areas including Alaska, Wyoming, North Dakota, Texas, Louisiana, and abroad.

Roger Polly, Vice President
Roger has over 35 years experience in the oilfield industry with a vast knowledge in electric line, logging, perforating, slick line, swabbing, pumping services and thru tubing motors. He has a broad background in operations both in the field and in-house. He actively owns and operates an electric line and slickline company in the South Texas region and does some work in Oklahoma.
